Foregate Commercial is unique.  Why? Because we are a commercial and legal consultancy that gives commercial and legal advice. Not one, not the other. We realise that high quality legal advice is inextricably entwined with commercial judgement. Its not semi-detached. Legal advice in a vacuum is worthless, because in real life, no business is run in one and decisions aren't made in one either.

Instead we use our more than 30 years combined experience of the legal profession and the marketing industry to give you a legal view that is fundamentally based in common sense and with a readily appreciable rationale.

What do we mean? We give advice that means we get off the fence and tell you what we would do, if we were you. Just as importantly we work at a price level that means getting our help isn't a luxury choice - its something you can afford to take advantage of on a daily basis.

Some of our staff have worked in-house in marketing businesses. So we don't revise agreements as an academic exercise with a red marker pen, knowing that it will result in you being counted out of a new business opportunity, maybe at the cost of some of your employee's jobs. We will always tell you what we think and what you need to know, so you can make an informed decision on the risks you choose to run and those you don't.
